Wrong experience keeps being used in fabric portal.

Every time I open a fresh web browser, and go to my workspace, app.fabric.microsoft.com/groups/whatever , it reverts to using the power bi "experience" not the fabric one. For all the time that this UX team has been spending revamping their "multi-tasking" or whatever, why can't they just find a way to get that fabric experience to "stick"?
