Why Are AI Engineer Interviews So Inconsistent?

Hi everyone, I'm an AI Engineer with about 1.5 years of experience. Over the last two months, I've had 10 interviews, and I was rejected from all of them. Eight of those rejections came after the technical interview. The strange part is that I'm considered a strong performer at my current company, so I'm struggling to understand what's going wrong in interviews.
