The Results Are In! Meet the Winners of the 2026 Halloween DataViz Contest!

This Halloween, we challenged you all to explore a question that hits a little differently as we get older: What keeps you up at night? Using a dataset exploring childhood fears and the things that frighten us as adults, participants were invited to transform the data into a compelling, Halloween-inspired Power BI poster. And wow, did this community deliver! With 65 submissions , we saw an incredible range of creativity, storytelling, technical approaches, and interpretations of the same dataset. Some entries were delightfully spooky. Others were thoughtful, funny, or surprisingly insightful.
