Need a bit of guidance

I’m working at an MNC (my first company) . I have 3+ yrs of experience as a data analyst, but the salary growth , because of being in same company , was very slow. And also there is minimal workload. I am exploring databricks . I want to switch now, because that’s the only way I’ll get a good hike.
