One thing I haven’t seen discussed much is what happens when an update makes the agent worse. Maybe you change a prompt, update a tool, add a new policy or modify one part of the workflow and suddenly calls that worked yesterday start failing in a different place. With software you roll back the release. Do you treat enterprise voice AI the same way?
